A: In China, there is anti-money laundry policy, for which the government strictly manages every payment from abroad. The payment you made will firstly go to their managing account, and only when we submit bill of loading to them, payment will be released to us; the payment will be returned to you if we are not able to make shipment and submit bill of lading within lead time.

A:Before final payment and shipment, we conduct a 10-minute test run using your sample (if required) and provide a video demonstrating the machine’s stable performance with your product.

A:The machine is shipped mostly pre-assembled in a plywood crate for easy plug-and-use setup. We also provide installation and operation tutorial videos before shipment.If on-site support is absolutely necessary, we can dispatch a technician at an additional cost:$350/day (engineer fee) + flight tickets, visa, travel, and accommodation expenses (covered by the buyer).

A:The machine comes with one-year warranty(from shipment date). If any parts malfunction during this period, we will ship replacements with instructions at no cost to you.The replacing is simple and easy to be completed by anybody.The machines arelow-maintenance, though regular lubrication can extend their lifespan.
